Our roots
Welcome to the Monile Restaurant, a culinary jewel set in the heart of Moneglia, overlooking the suggestive eastern Ligurian gulf. Here, the gastronomic experience is guided by two passionate owners and managers: Andrea, our talented Chef, forged his culinary mastery at Gualtiero Marchesi's prestigious Alma Academy, with enriching experiences in two starred restaurants. Paolo, the other soul of the Monile, carefully takes care of the welcome and our rich wine cellar, which ranges from Ligurian to national labels, also including major brands. His expertise is certified by the AIS sommelier course. Together, Andrea and Paolo create a perfect combination of cuisine and hospitality, inviting you to taste the true essence of local cuisine in a refined and exciting context.
